Computer Gaming Hardware

Reviews, Ratings, and More ™

So we have seen al lot of individual computer gaming and normal PC components flooding the market even with the prospect of people not going to or not plan to buy any of the high-performance products out there, but for those people who can throw money at any people they can think of, cannot have to worry about the long time for them to have to wait for their turn but choice on how much choice you have. But having the consideration for the people who don’t know to make a own DIY computer from scratch, but they still like to stick with the crowd an see a great system can be built.
So with the interest of major computer companies make of the new Core 7i, well with great regard to put the price up for being new in the market, then Dell is a category we are all thinking of. So Dell made the 730X their new line XPS series of gaming performance, with the same design as the previous, an upside-down design case and some pretty glowing lights in front of the case. Their technical specs are a choice of having a core 7i 920,940 and 965 extreme quad cores with a little extra cash, DDr3 memory with triple channel enabled, with a good HHD space 1.0TB in raid but no sign of a single SDD drive for probably latency redundancy; and also a DVD player, choice of ATI and NVIDIA SLI and crossfire and the X58 board made especially by Dell and some options like a Hi-def sound card. This looks like a good choice and a final relief that a major company to let its guard down, but the problem with the computer is a the total test of trial options that dell made, MacAfee 30-day trial anti-virus and a lot of financial requirements and details, so the process of having one is all annoying rather than the testing and the performance of the system.
With the test system settings set we tried a full feel of the system can we have a full control of the BIOS and all, well we have some hiccups and some annoyances but the bottom line is it is not a real full hands system everything is norm, like the test like core performance and usual apps, decoding gaming and multimedia are not awfull, but not those WOW factors when you see no lag what so ever in frames in Crysis. So the test says that it is not that spectacular like wise with the price margin, which makes all restrictive and high priced system look ugly to put it bluntly in hard-core independent builders. DIY look a better choice.
