OCZ, with sole gamers company, goes ahead further on the use of futuristic simulation of controls with no use of Keyboards and also the old mouse; here comes the Neural Impulse Actuator from OCZ. With OCZ going with the PSU and memory sector in computing but never on the new techno features like no more, keyboards and also mouse for any game play.

With the idea of an Neural Impulse actuator is not new, they also made a the same product way back in 2005, where they introduced the world first, with the use solemnly on mind, it primarily picks up muscle movement in your head, and with specific impulses to move dictate the movement of the character or cars and also the movement of the mouse in a normal desktop setup.

With the OCZ is only the producer of this type of product and the only ones who dare to make the technology alive. With the Clint Eastwood movie the FOX, on where he hijacks a Russian fighter plane that responses to the mind, we expect that to be untrue, well with the price tag of $235 in retail, If you can find it, is a well priced item. Going the new plastic reading device connected to a smallish USB plugged box that, in theory, reads the muscle electrical impulses and converting them to the WASD in the keyboard in FPS. For the first impression of the device are the experience of faster responses and a fraction quicker and precise movement rather than hitting the keys and actually finding yourself shot in a multiplayer game by a newbie!

With the NIA you would pay the price for a good, non-keyboard experience, well you about right on the money, if your purpose to have a computer with futuristic look and feel. But for the serious gaming pact, the NIA is not a good play, with confusing manual almost 35 pages of gibberish in some cases to teach you how to use the device and what certain movements and motivations to trigger a specific action in the game. With the configuration helps a bit on an ideal choice of movements, but in the overall facts a real turn off in games, with as slow reaction and the annoying timings and also the sudden movement or jump (in my one, it really depends on how tense you are) with the hard work of brain power, is not enough to play the game in a smooth as I think it should would. With some flaws and with inaccuracy and plain old too hard to cope with, the OCZ NIA is a completely new product and a first to go over the usual.

With products going for innovation and a complete revolution, we can assuredly make this in the product of the future, but for now, this is plagued with flaws in design and use and downright confusing, while not controlling the mind, this is the device to be pleased but not to be converted, keep the $30 keyboard and mouse for a while.

WOW!! Think of the future it is here beofore. You would think that is soo close. But however is this thing in practice? I mean isnt this a bit out of your reach, and is this thing able to work properly. I mean you could be thinking about of alot of things. And you never know whether it will think properly and our minds itself it might not even work properly because, our minds think of alot of things at the same type. And also wouldn’t this bring alot of problems to arise, like the skill of typing for a human, and the speed typing etc.
