Computer Gaming Hardware

….AHhh, the smell of new blushed aluminium laptop really makes my senses heighten, and the new Mac book pro is the new black in their own niche of Mac book lovers. With the people in the US having at least have or inevitably bought a Mac Item or computer or rather, they have found out that the new Mac book is a new treatment, with the reference design derive from the newer IMAC, they try to make the IMac compact and easy to travel item and just made it on a laptop. With the almost design like of the Alienware laptops, with the black colour screen and the silver like colour in the bottom but twice as thinner than the Alienware endorsed Microsoft brand, but the MAC I like is the design and the more hardware appeal, with the 13.3in backlit screen good for those small bags or a small laptop to fit an already packed suitcase.
But with the MAC I would think, restrictiveness of applications, with only MAC branded applications, no open-source interface or any amazing games to appeal with me. With the power of advertisement, MAC can be a much loved product, with the success of the IPOD, the power of television can give the guy the edge, and MAC played the right game to be an appeal. But for those computer geeks who scare themselves in the pure light, like some scary alien from some other intelligence, might have some effect. For to me, I am a wild computer freak, with the love of open-source and open development, I would think of never to buy the product (I have to, for reviewing sake!) I will inform you the pros and cons of the product.
The Mac book goes with the Intel processors that go to a range of 2.0GHz or to 2.4GHz and a 4Gbs of RAM for those resource hog applications, in where MAC doesn’t, and the most advertised the NVIDIA graphics, which is a Geforce 9400M, well NVIDIA didn’t say that the graphics have some problems with it, a 250Gb and 320GB SSD hard-drive, for fast writes and reads and a limited write count (find out in our SSD review, just search it our web) and the usual bundles with a MAC book. Or the over MAC book with 15in screen with a higher frequency with 2.4 to 2.53GHz, and I cannot stress even more, these are the lower and older end of Intel’s Centrino processors (not the new Centrino 2).
With the performance figures is a good overall, well, it took me a whole day to find and get the benchmark running in the MAC, with the long terms and conditions, the Memory and CPU performance is a good overall and also the little help of SSD, it gave a jump in write and read speed, for the moment this is a good sound laptop, for a MAC user that is with some problems with open source use and restriction to its only applications. For those who want a worry free laptop, with no need for open-source, you may buy this for a price of a high performance laptop, which this isn’t.

Dude let me put it simply to you, not to be rude or anything the Macbook Pro or Mac itself when looking at it as a computer… it is not even worth the aluminium it is made of. I think it is just a waste of aluminium.

  2. I think google should make computers of their own actually. I think it would be mad.

  3. Got to agree with you Larry. With both of your points. Firstly Mac yeh I got to say the computing side of Mac is pretty lame to put it in nice words shall we say. But I do like the ipods and all they make compared to the mp3 thingy that microsoft was trying to make or trying to immiate ipod. And would be pretty cool if google did make their own computer fully accessorised and all. And to top it off I reckon they should first compete with bigpond and make their own internet that would be mad. I have heard that they are planning to do that though. You know how google is, they try to make eveything (they even made their own movie documentary thing). I will blog about that later too, about google and all.
